With more than 15 years of experience in banking and finance, followed by a career spanning both residential and commercial construction, I bring a diverse understanding of business, people and the industries I work within.

My career began in banking and finance, where I developed a strong foundation in financial operations, high-volume processing, leadership and business management. I later transitioned into construction, gaining hands-on experience across residential building, pre-construction and commercial construction, including working as a Contracts Administrator.

Having worked across different areas of the industry, I understand the demands of running a business, the importance of strong teams and the difference the right people can make. My experience also includes managing teams, recruitment, performance management and building the right people around business objectives.

Since entering the construction industry in 2016, I’ve developed a genuine passion for the sector and the people behind it.

Establishing Solvè has allowed me to bring all of this experience together. I believe successful recruitment is about more than filling a position. It’s about understanding a business, building genuine relationships and connecting the right people with opportunities where they can make a lasting contribution.

Tanya brings more than 10 years of residential construction experience, with a strong background in senior administration, processing and operational support. With firsthand experience of the skills, structure and people required to support a successful construction business, Tanya brings a practical, industry-informed perspective to recruitment.
